“To know yourself as the being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom, salvation and enlightenment.”

You are ever-expanding into more

Butterfly - Patti Black

“When she transformed into a butterfly, the caterpillars spoke not of her beauty but of her weirdness. They wanted her to change back into what she always had been.

But she had wings.”

– Dean Jackson

You are ever-expanding into more and when you go along with your expansion, you feel joy. Others who are not going along with their expansion may not feel that joy but that does not mean that you can’t feel that happiness. Yes, relationships are important to us but we have our own individual journeys. As you continue feeling that joy predominantly and consistently , you allow the law of attraction to match you up more with people who are also feeling that joy and therefore, find it easy to look at you and feel more of that joy. Isn’t that what you would want? You are ever-expanding into more and as you go along with your expansion, you not only feel good, you also attract more of that makes you further feel good. It’s a vicious cycle of well-being 🙂

Selfish enough to feel good about yourself

Lady with white flowers - Neill Kumar

“I will never let myself down, treat myself like a doormat, or make myself small so others can feel big. I have learned that this is the biggest gift that I give, not only to myself, but also to the planet, because I paint others with the same brush as I use on myself.”

– Anita Moorjani

When you are selfish enough to feel good about yourself on your own, you are able to feel good about others too. When you are at a place of ease within yourself, it’s easier to look at others with kindness and love. Of course my suggestion would be don’t do it for others, do it because it feels so good to feel good about yourself and from that place of strength, can you imagine the value you would bring to yourself and to anyone else you would want to be of value to?
